The course caters for adults and children (aged 6 and over) of all grades including absolute beginners (Click here for contact details).
It will cover the Khion, Kata and Kumite techniques required for each student’s next grading, as well as sweeping techniques, break falls, wrestling and some weapons training for the higher grades. Plus fun and games too.
The entire course will be conducted on a fully matted surface so book early to avoid disappointment
